Refund Policy

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid cash on delivery — you can choose your preference when the return is approved.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Bank or card processing times may add a few additional days before the refund appears in your account.

If a refund is delayed beyond the expected window, please contact support with your order and return number and we'll investigate immediately.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective item).
